Our inaugural @walkwithadoc went better than I expected!! A wonderful opportunity to walk with friends, family, patients and colleagues.  In honor of healthy aging month we discussed tips for how to change our outlook and age without feeling old.  Interestingly, tips on healthy aging are universal and applicable regardless of age.
