I and the majority of my clients have tried multiple diets, all promising they would get us healthy (but of course they didn’t). What dieting did do, was it left you disgusted, feeling like a failure and with less money in your pocket. What you need is a comprehensive program that is personalized and based on science and research. One that includes coaching and accountability throughout all phases of your health journey.
Saravit Wellness is different! Dr. Dunbar will review labwork, your history and symptoms to understand YOUR unique starting point and root cause. A personalized treatment plan will be the foundation for the goal setting and health coaching so you will achieve and maintain optimal health.
As the client, you are in the driver’s seat! You will meet virtually with Dr. Dunbar 4 times a year to discuss your treatment plan, celebrate wins and make any necessary adjustments.
What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is a wellness expert who can assess and offer professional support and mentorship about your nutrition, physical activity and other lifestyle choices. Our team of coaches will listen to your needs and provide tools to help you be successful with your personalized treatment plan. We believe that everyone desires to be healthy and has the capacity for meaningful change. Our goal is to help you see that potential in yourself.
Our team sits in the gap where current healthcare has fallen short. Saravit Wellness is here for coaching through a robust and comprehensive app. This allows for unlimited messaging with our team, direct scheduling for quarterly video visits with Dr. Dunbar, setting mutually agreed upon goals and tracking your nutrition, physical activity and overall progress.
