This practice agreement does not constitute health insurance. We encourage patients to obtain health insurance for services we do not provide, such as hospitalizations, specialist care or imaging tests. For some patients, a healthshare may be a great option.
Payment for services not provided by Saravit Direct Health are the responsibility of the patient.
